• Reverse engineer, replicate, or attempt to recreate the platform, its architecture, or its operational logic

• Extract, reuse, or repurpose data, content, or system outputs for commercial or competitive purposes

Any unauthorized use of Gigno™ intellectual property constitutes a violation of this Policy and may result in legal action.

7. Enforcement

Gigno™ reserves the right to:
